The #core where all #movement originates from. Somewhere around the L2 in the lumbar spine. There are muscles that attach from vertebrae to vertebrae that stabilize the spine. Doing #crunches aren’t going to work these muscles. To get a true strong stable core you have to work the muscles that keep the trunk stable during movement, transverse abdominals, hip extensors, intrinsic core muscles. These muscles have to move together to create that stability.

How to do a Burpee What is a Burpee? A movement that the majority people dont like to do. It targets the arms, shoulders, chest, core and legs. There are 3 variations you can do. One with push ups, one without and one with no push up and no jumping. (Recommended for beginners or people with prior injury) 1st one: (W/push up) Come down into a squatting position with your hands touching the floor. Youre going to jump your feet out into push up position. Do one push, bring your feet back in, then jump up. 2nd one: (No Push up) Come down into squatting position with your hands on the floor. Jumping your feet back into push up position. This time youre going to place your feet automatically back into squatting position. With no push up. Then jumping up. 3rd one: (No Push up or jumping) Come down into squatting position with your hands on the floor. Instead of jumping youre gong to place one feet back putting you into push up position. Bring your feet back into squatting position one foot at a time. Then stand up. (No Jumping) I understand there other variations but, these are 3 basic ones for beginners. Try these out, implement them into your workouts. And then lay on the floor dying. SAVE FOR LATER HIIT CIRCUIT - Took less than 15 minutes to complete this workout including rest. Each round is about 2 minutes depending on the rest you take between each exercise. Complete 4 rounds or 5 if you’re feeling ready to challenge your body. 0. Heel elevated squat with weight in front x 20 reps: aim to not fully extend your squat but keep tension through the quads 0. Dead ball slams x 20 reps: squat down to grab the ball. Drive it up and slam down. Try to keep the ball in the same position between your feet. Make sure to always be over the ball instead of behind and using your back to pick up the ball. 0. Kettle bell swings x 20 reps: Focus on sticking butt/hips back and only have a soft bend through the knees. Swing up to just under chest level. 0. Mountain climbers x 50 reps: assume a plank position. Run/step the legs in alternating. • I try to take less than 10 seconds between each exercise. To all my IBS lady’s out there... 💗 💗 I’m a mom, I cook and clean. I do laundry and pick up today’s... the same as all other moms. That’s why you can relate when I say that is a STRESSFUL LIFE. . I’ve always struggled with gas and being bloated. But after I had my son I realized how stressful life could be and that’s when my guts went bananas on me. My insides started having a life OF THEIR OWN and no doctor could tell me what was actually going on. After months and months of appointment they finally told me I was going to have this ALL MY LIFE. . I was crushed! I didn’t wanted to hate food, I love eating! I couldn’t believe I was going to live with belly pain and diarrhea all my life. Not to mention being extra bloated (looking 4 months pregnant was a lifestyle)! . IBS wasn’t going to rule my life, I needed to find a solution. I tried changing my diet. I tried natural products. I even cut out all my favorite food to see what was causing it. NOTHING WORKED. . What I have never tried was a balanced diet and exercise. I never tried being “selfish” and setting 30-50 minutes for ME a day. I needed to work that stress out and make my guts happier. . After 45 days of workouts and well rounded balanced diet I can say: “I HAVE NOT HAD A FLARE UP SINCE DAY 1” ✨ I’m eating my favorite foods, I’m enjoying time for ME and I’m getting the body I’ve always wanted to have! . Im not learning to live with IBS. .
