🤸Todo exercício que aprendemos partem de POSICIONAMENTOS BÁSICOS corporais... 🤸O DIP POSITION nas argolas é determinante para economia de energia nos RINGS MUSCLE UPS (RMU), além de garantia de maior segurança para os ombros como prevenção de possíveis lesões. 🤔É bastante comum pessoas executando ou tentando realizar RMU nos níveis mais variados com o posicionamentos básicos de qualidade limitada, às vezes até comprometedora😮 Minha pergunta para as pessoas que indagam sobre o RMU sempre é primeiro: 🤘 pode me apresentar seu dip position? Os mais comuns são punhos flexionados, argolas tremendo, semi afastada do corpo e ombro acima da linha da parte superior das argolas, o que descaracteriza a real posição de DIP. ➡️Vivencie o Dip position e depois garanta Rings push ups com as argolas paralelas e realização de movimento completo, sendo extensão e flexão ( não metade de push ups). Pois se treinarmos balanço e não dominarmos o Dip position, vamos lá em cima fazer o que? ❎Se vc sente insegurança nos seus ombros ao atacar a entrada do RMU, talvez seu dip position deva ser melhor trabalhado como o apresentado na imagem da @brunafuruta. #ringsmuscleups #GymnasticMovements #crossfitgymnastic #CrossFit #LFGymWorkout
