My transformation Tuesday 💕 On the left a shy, unconfident overweight girl who had trouble breathing in the easiest of exercises. Weighing in at 74 kg. And the right a grown up woman who has been through a lot of experiences that have challenged her mentally, emotionally and physically but has built her self back up from nothing. Who loves to exercise and push her body to the limits but still struggles with some confidence. Weighing in at 57-59 kg. This isnt all about weight but my journey has taken time and wasnt a quick fix over night. I tried all the diet pills, shakes, 2 hours cardio a day and it didnt work it just made me unhappy. I started lifting weights and fell in love and its carried on. Nothing is a quick fix, it takes time, dedication and passion but if you start now you wont look back. I never thought I could do it but here I am.
