I have a responsibility to my kids to provide love, shelter, food and water:). I also have a responsibility to them by being a role model because they really are impacted by what they see you do. Especially if they see you do it day in and day out. Now, right now, I am talking about their choices and how it will affect their habits and their health for the future. They constantly see me for the most part trying to eat healthy. I say trying because let’s be real, there will be times that you just want those fries...or in my case, that piece of chocolate. But I do know that it has been rubbing off on everyone in my family. My younger kids now look for veggies and instead of ordering fries, my little one asks for fresh fruit with her kids platter:). My older kids were a little tougher because their habits were already set. That doesn’t mean I stop trying. Well...I had a win this weekend when I walked into the kitchen to find my teenage daughter making herself a veggie omelet just like I make. As someone who doesn’t really like veggies apart from some broccoli or spinach this was such huge progress!! I am proud of what my healthy lifestyle is teaching them and only hope to keep the cycle going. If only had I known then what I know now about eating healthy, I could have started them earlier!:).

Feeling fabulous on this Monday morning. G-Fit Workout: [booty blaster] -10 Reverse lunges -10 kick ups -10 Fire hydrants -10 hip thrusts Rest and repeat 5x

Planks really target that deep, inner core. It works your transverse abdominis, multifidus, diaphragm, and your pelvic floor. Why is that so important? These muscles support and control your pelvis and your spine, which are the foundations of everything we do. . 1.The first variation of the plank starts on your knees. Hands (or fists, if your wrists don’t like this move) right beneath your shoulder, abs engaged nice and tight, and forming a straight, sturdy line from your knees to the crown of your head, gazing just a little past your hands, keeping your neck and spine in a neutral position. (Imagine there is an apple between your chin and your chest to avoid pain or injury from looking too far down or forward) . 2.When you’re ready, curl up those toes and lift off of your knees. The pose is more difficult now. Squeeze those abs as though you are trying to draw your belly button all the way into your spine. Imagine you have a rod from your heels to the crown of your head. As you squeeze your glutes and either raise or lower your hips to form that straight line, you’re really going to feel that core engage and start to burn! 3.Another variation of plank is by holding the same position, but on your forearms. You’re still really burning your core, but giving your hands and wrist a bit of a break. . How is the best way to start incorporating planks? Find a mirror (or use your phone camera, like I do!) to make sure your form is correct and time how long you can hold a plank in proper form. That’s your start time! . Do several sets (aim for three or four) of perfect-form planks when you workout. Once you’ve really perfected that, you can add time to how long you hold your planks, or more reps. (Don’t forget to rest about 60seconds between sets) . It is suggested that doing planks two to three times a week to really start building up that core strength! . Double tap if you love planks! Day 5/5🙌🏼🏋🏻‍♀️. I DID IT!! Set a goal and i reached it. 5 days straight of getting a workout in and my diet KIND OF getting and staying on track. I feel so good and proud of myself❤. I struggled A LOT in the beginning with my body changing and going in the opposite direction im used to it going. I hated the way i looked and felt. Not until about a month or so ago did i start to give myself grace and really start to enjoy this pregnancy. Its my LAST one so as much as im over it im also trying to soak it all up too. I think it helps that i have a super supportive husband who motivates me when i need it, but then will get me my vanills coke or red slushie when i just NEED it while have my emotional break downs on the couch lol. 90 DAYS LEFT......holy crap.

So I wanted to show everyone how it works. - I hangout with my dog while the sous vide does all the work then her and I share the chicken... - 1. Put chicken into bag 2. Vacuum seal bag 3. Place all the vacuum sealed bags into the bucket 4. Fill bucket with water 5. Set temperature and time 6. Hang out with your dog🐩 - Some people prefer to throw the chicken in a pan after to crisp up the edges but you don’t have to. - You can even get an app and start it while you’re away so it’s ready when you get home.
