Since recovered from my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome surgery, Ive been really pushing myself to build up as much strength and size as possible in my lower body through a carefully-planned bulk. ⠀ ⠀ Since I dont build size easily in my glutes, I knew this would be a big challenge. About 2 years ago I started working out, but I would always stop, because I wasnt seeing results. 3 months ago I started working out with @thekingofsnatch , and I learned that with CONSISTENCY you WILL see results. Whats the point in driving an hour just to go to a gym? You will not see results if you dont find an environment you thrive in. If a flower doesnt bloom you fix its environment, not the flower. The 4th picture is when I saw myself and realized I wanted to change for myself. The first picture was taken today, and it is NOT the after picture. There will never be an after picture, because I want to keep getting better. I have reached my first 2 goals, though thanks to my trainer👑👑👑which are consistency and confidence. Like I said before consistency is the only way to see results. I have learned to love the journey. Ups and downs. There will be days youre not going to feel motivated to go to the gym, but I have never regretted a workout. I am more confident in myself than Ive ever been. Also.. this is ONLY 3 tips exercises that targets good from my point of view and works good for me. We all know that there’s tooons of amazing exercises to do. These are just personal favorites 🍑 ⚠️ FIRST OF ALL - If you can make a light weight heavy, THEN you are on the right way! If you’re having problems with finding the contact, LOWER the weights and focus on finding the contact rather then chasing high weights! There’s always ways to challenge your workouts - Resistance bands, Squeeze, Pause training and so on. NR 1️⃣ UNDER | CENTRAL Sitting Pause Squats - 4set x 10-12reps Personally I feel more stability from this exercise. As you know from before, I don’t feel normal squats in my booty. But with this variety of exercise and with the bench pause, it’s helping me activate the glutes more cuz the muscles needs to ‘start over’ from a resting point! IMPORTANT(!!) - keep the tension in your lower back and core at all time! NR 2️⃣ CENTRAL | UPPER Kettlebell Hip Thrusters /w miniband - 4set x 15-20reps OFC the normal Hip Thrusts are GREAT.. but y’all know that one already so I thought I show you a different type of hip thrusts. And I personally like this one!! As you’ll know, the squeeze from this exercise can take you beyond your limits! This is why this exercise is AMAZING. It’s easy to make light weights heavy!! NR 3️⃣ UPPER | SIDE Side leg raises - 4set x 20reps Easy way of burnout in the end of your session. I either start with hitting this part of the glutes or finishing up with it. Primer treninga za RITKO! 🍑🍑🍑 1. Vaja: Potisni hitro, se malo ustavi in spuščaj počasi. Izdihni ko greš z nogami navzgor. (Z elastiko si pomagaj pripeti varovala, da te ne ovirajo in se zatikajo) Težo sem uporabila minimalno - na vsaki strani 5kg. 2. Vaja: Ista noga - ista roka. Pazi, da noga na kateri stojiš ni zaklenjena, ampak je nevtralna, rahlo pokrčena. Na drugo nogo se ne opiraš, ampak se le dotakneš tal. Z roko si pomagaš le za ravnotežje (glej prstek), držiš se minimalno. Pazi, da je hrbet raven s telesom, ne ukrivljen, poza je nevtralna! 3. Vaja: (Meni je hip trust bolje izvajati na napravi, ker je bolje oblazinjena in me ne bolijo boki. Izvajaj jo tam, kjer je tebi bolje.) Noge imej obrnjene malo navzven. Za aktiviranje ritke ni tako pomembna teža, temveč to, da si se zmožen zgoraj ustaviti in aktivirati mišice. Stisni ritko, kolena obrni navzven, malo počakaj in počasi navzdol. Ko greš gor, izdihneš. 4. Vaja: Udobno se namesti in uporabi manjšo težo. Najbolje jo je izvajati na koncu treninga. Odrivaj s pete in začuti povezavo do ritke. Ponavljaj 3 serije, max število ponovitev na vsako nogo. Pri potisku izdihneš. To be honest with you lately I’ve been a little frustrated with how social media works and some of the people I follow. I’ve had to unfollow some people myself for many reasons. Now, I’m not saying this to bash anyone at all. I’m saying this because these people have started to become toxic for me to follow personally. Just know its ok to unfollow people who you don’t think are having a positive impact on your life. Don’t force yourself or feel guilty that you have to follow certain people. Don’t follow people who come off fake or un-authentic to you. Don’t follow people that just care about how many followers or likes they’re getting every day. Don’t follow people who just want to make money off you 24/7. Most importantly don’t follow people who don’t value what you VALUE. At the end of the day, none of that SH*T matters, it’s social media. Social media is simply a place to interact, meet new people, become motivated, express your feelings, and so much more you name it. For some, it’s a foundation for their life and business, which is very respectable as well. But, if the people you follow aren’t having some type of positive influence on your life, seriously don’t hesitate to unfollow. If I don’t make you feel happy or good about yourself, heck please unfollow me. I just don’t see the point? Social media creates feelings amongst us and if you aren’t feeling good about something why continue to bring negative feelings into your life. Sorry don’t mean to rant or preach, I just think this subject isn’t brought up enough and its important because social media has an affect on our lives.

Here’s the quickie workout for back and shoulders 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 👉🏼lat pulldowns - 12x3 increasing weight - 20-27.5-35 lb 👉🏼close grip pull downs - 12x3 - 20 lb 👉🏼seated rows - 10-12x3 w increasing weight starting at 20 lb 👉🏼cable rows - 12x3 20 lb 👉🏼single overhead dumbbell shoulder press - 12x3 w 20 lb 👉🏼overhead dumbbell shoulder press - 12-15x 3 w 15-20 lb increase at the end 👉🏼bar overhead shoulder lift (?) - 12x3 20 lb bar 👉🏼car drivers w plate - 12x3 w weight increasing from 5-10-15 lb plates 💖 Finished with some abbiesssss . . . . . Step by step🏋🏻‍♀ _ Mini-Transformation: Links: November 17 Rechts: Juni 18 _ Früher wäre ich von dieser mini Veränderung nach über einem halben Jahr Training vermutlich ziemlich enttäuscht gewesen, da ich von meinem ersten Jahr Krafttraining (ab Nov16) schnellere Fortschritte gewohnt war.
