PORCENTAJE de 1RM y Repeticiones ejecutables. Existen muchas tablas y fórmulas que buscan determinar la cantidad de repeticiones(r) posibles a ejecutar según el % de 1RM que se considere. La relación entre los porcentajes y las diversas RM varían de sujeto a sujeto. Las características genéticas(% de Ft, St musculares ,Biotipo) como la experiencia en el entrenamiento son algunas de las responsables de esta indirecta relación. En algunos casos,como el mío, la no correspondecia con algunas de estas tablas puede ser más confusa aún. •Mi Press de Banca: +1RM: 130 kg (100%) +1RM: 120 kg (92%) +2/3RM: 110 kg (84%) +6/7RM: 100 kg (77%) +11/12RM : 80 kg (61%) Resulta llamativo que haya dos 1RM, pero esa carga ,por más que sea menor al 100%, no puedo vencerla más de una vez. Con un entrenamiento más extensivo de fuerza tal vez las relaciones con la tabla se hagan más estrechas ,sin embargo hay un clara diferencia. Un intervalo de posibles repeticiones podría ser un medio más coherente de dofisciar y no ser determinante con un número específico de repeticiones máximas según el porcentaje de trabajo. #functional #benchpress #push #strength #anatomy #trainning #barbell

I know I’ve covered this before but I still see so many people make the mistake of not going through a full range of motion on bicep curls. So many people don’t fully extend/stretch the biceps at the bottom of each rep and tend to keep their biceps slightly flexed while just bringing their elbows back farther. . . A little tip I always try to consciously think of on each rep is to slightly flex my triceps at the bottom. This eliminates my elbows going back too far because my thighs would be in the way if I tried to extend my arms completely in that position. This also ensures that I’m getting a full stretch on each rep because of the biceps and triceps being an antagonist muscle pair, meaning when the triceps fully contract the biceps have no choice but to relax. (Plus, it makes your arms look more jacked lol) . .
